Jackie Bowker & One Hot Yoga are joining forces to bring you an afternoon of movement, nourishment & relaxation.

Please arrive 10-15mins early to the studio before the class start time of 12 pm. This ensures that you can meet the teacher, find your way around the studio, lock up your valuables and be ready to practice. Especially important if this is your first ever yoga or pilates class or first time to One Hot Yoga & Pilates.
WHAT TO BRING:
A water bottle & a hand towel
* 45-minute Yoga or Reformer Class taught by the gorgeous and very talented One Hot Girls
* A delicious banquet of healthy treats designed by Jackie Bowker (all gluten & dairy free, grain free, RSF)
* A beautiful wellness bag complete with some of our favourite products
* Nutrition & Wellbeing workshop run by Jackie where you will learn about how to nourish and listen to your body
Parking along River Street can be limited so give yourself enough time to search for a park. If you can't find a park on the street you can park in the Woolworths Car park off River Street. There is free 2-hour parking available if you purchase something from Woolworths. Keep your receipt, and then scan at the pay machine before you leave.
An open level class aimed to provide a challenging full body workout. Our signature style integrates the Pilates method with flowing transitions that keep the body moving for the entire class. We use the resistance of the reformer springs to lengthen, strengthen and stabilise muscles whilst sculpting the entire body. This class is suitable for those fit and free of injury with progressions provided to challenge every body. Expect to sweat.
Slow Warm Flow: 30degrees
Our Slow Warm Flow is the sister of One Hot Yoga’s signature Slow Hot Flow. Both these classes centre on personal progress. This 30˚C class balances freedom within structure and redefines individual limits. The 60-minute class includes balances, deep core strengthening, floor work and guided relaxation. You will move at a slow pace in this class in order to refine your alignment, strength and move with a calm steady breathe. Students are welcome to lie down and rest at any stage during the class.
