Salted Caramel Protein Ball

Feel like a snack? It's healthy salted caramel protein ball time!

2 cups almond meal
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup soft medjol dates (140g)
1/2 tsp salt (I used @nirvanahealthproducts sassi salts)
1/2 coconut oil (I used @melrosehealth)
1/2 cup protein powder vanilla (I used @paleoproproducts)
Dragonfruit powder to dust optional)

Blend ingredients together in food processor until sticky. Roll into balls and place in fridge to set. Enjoy!

Strawberry Super Bites


Strawberries Super Bites! Nutrient-dense, delicious snack perfect for a mid-morning or afternoon pick up or a sweet treat after dinner!

1/2 cup of nut butter (I used almond butter)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt salt
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup organic dried strawberries from @thesourcebulkfoods
Dash of almond milk (more or less depending on how dry your mixture is)

Mix nut butter, vanilla, coconut and salt in a bowl until well incorporated. Add flours and mix in, Add the chia and strawberries and mix into a soft dough Roll into balls using hands or use cookie scoop to shape. Store in the fridge for up to a week and freeze for a month, that's if they can last that long hehe ! P.s. you can mix ingredients in a blender too!
