Cookies and Cream Protein Smoothie may be heaven in a glass. Nutrient dense smoothie makes a great breakfast, or meal on the go! Inspired by this snap I found on pinterest, here is my healthy take on a traditionally unhealthy cookies and cream!
1 frozen banana OR 2 medjol dates, pitted
1/2 cup @pureharvest cocoquench
1 tbs of coconut yogurt
1 1/2 tablespoons cacao nibs
1/2 teaspoon ground vanilla or quality extract
1 serving of vanilla protein powder
1 serving of collagen eg @greatlakesgelatin
Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend, pour into a bowl and decorate with some cacao nibs! YUMMY! How are you starting your day?
