These are perfect for school lunches or a sweet treat after dinner! Little tip: make a big batch and put half in the freezer !!

1 cup sunflower seeds (can use pumpkin seeds or mixture)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup medjool dates
1/4 cup goji berries
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 serving protein powder I use a clean vanilla one like @paleoproproducts

Add alll the ingredients into blender/food processor, combine to create a dough like mixture. If too dry slowly add more coconut oil until mixture becomes sticky enough to roll into balls.
Roll into balls your preferred size (about 1 tbs works well). Store in a airtight container in the fridge or freezer! Make sure you tag me if you make them!!
