Hello Happy Jaffa Balls

1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup fresh dates about 12
Equivalent in 100% stevia powder of 3 teaspoons sugar (remember stevia has no impact on blood sugar levels make sure you look for pure)
¼ Cup vanilla protein
¼ Cup coconut oil
2 Tbs tahini
⅔ Cup cacao
10 drops pure orange essential oil - I use young living
½ Cup desiccated coconut

Process sunflower seeds until overmilled, like crumbles. Blend in all other dry ingredients. Blend in dates. Blend in coconut oil and tahini. Roll in desiccated coconut.
