Hello Happy Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
3 tbsp shredded coconut
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (substitute water, coconut water or plant-milk of choice)
1 serving Vanilla protein
1 cup frozen zucchini chunks
½ cup frozen cauliflower
½ cup frozen blueberries or berries you like !
2 tbs of collagen
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Method
Blend all ingredients in and pour into a bowl. Add your Hello Happy Granola

Ingredients

1 serving protein
1 frozen banana
⅓ of an avocado (optional)
2 tbsp of coyo
2 tbs of collagen
1 tbs of chia seeds

Method
Blend all ingredients in and pour into a bowl. Add your favourite toppings (Hello Happy Granola, walnuts, berries, shredded coconut..)

Hello Happy Cocolicious Cookie Dough Smoothie

Ingredients

1 fresh medjool date
½ - 1 frozen zucchini
1 bunch spinach for extra veggies (optional)
2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
1 tbs carob powder
2 tbs cacao nibs
Stevia powder equivalent 1 tsp sugar
1 cup unsweetened plant milk of choice
1 serving clean protein powder
1 serving of collagen
2 tbs chia seeds (awesome protein and healthy fats).

Method
Blend together in nutribullet, sprinkle with your fav superfood toppings!

Ingredients
2 teaspoon of greens powder ( I use @Vitaleveryday All-In-One Greens Powder)
½ Cup of Frozen Cauliflower
Handful of Spinach
Teaspoon of Maca Powder
1 Frozen Banana
2 Tbsp of Collagen
2 tbs chia seeds
2 Tablespoons of Coyo
2 Tablespoons of Protein Powder

Method
Blend ingredients and I love to top with some 'crunchy' toppings (fresh blueberries, HH Granola, Cacao nibs)

Hello Happy Spinach, Pea & Smoked Salmon Egg Muffins

Ingredients
12 eggs
1 x 120g pack smoked salmon, cut into strips
1 teaspoon sea salt
4 tbs flat leaf parsley (or whatever herbs you have on hand)
Generous sprinkle of cumin
1 cup plant based milk of choice (I use almond)
Generous cup or two of spinach
1 Cup of Peas
½ cup of nutritional yeast or 100g Feta if you can tolerate dairy (more or less as desired) or BOTH!

* Buy organic where possible

Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and either grease with coconut oil/butter or line muffin pan with squares of baking paper.
2. In large bowl, lightly whisk eggs, parsley, cumin, salt and milk.
3. Add spinach and peas
4. Top with salmon salmon and sprinkle through feta in chunks or nutritional yeast
5. Divide egg mix between 12 muffin moulds.
6. Bake for 25 minutes, until egg is just set. Place in airtight container and store in the fridge for a weeks worth brekkies!

Hello Happy Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Prep Time: 3 Mins Makes: 1 Serving

Ingredients (Buy organic where possible!)
½ cup water
Ice (optional)
I cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup frozen berries or cherries
3-4 drops liquid stevia
1 cup spinach (organic as this is #2 on the dirty dozen!)
2 tbs almond or coconut butter
3 tbs clean protein powder or collagen
1 tbs cacao
1 cup greek natural yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt if avoiding dairy

Method
Put all the ingredients through blender or nutri bullet and enjoy!

Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana
½ cup of frozen zucchini or cauliflower for some yummy fibre!
1 tsp of maca
1 tbs of crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp of ground vanilla
One serve of choc protein
1 tbs of cacao powder
½- 1 cup of ice

Method
Blend, pour into a bowl & decorate with your favourite toppings! Cacao nibs, raspberries, sprinkle of shredded coconut!

1 cup water or plant based mylk
2 dates OR 1 date and 3 drops pure stevia liquid OR 1 banana
½ of one frozen zucchini (freeze in cubes)
1 tbs cacao
1 heaped tbs almond butter
1 heaped tsp carob
2 heaped tbs coconut yoghurt
1 serve each protein powder vanilla and collagen

Ps - This makes it like a chocolate milk shake so if you like a thick shake instead use ½ cup mylk

1 - 2 tsp maca powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
A serve of protein powder I love @paleoproproducts
A serve of collagen I love @greatlakesgelatin
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups almond milk eg @pureharvest is very clean
2 medjool dates, pitted

Method

1 cup greek natural yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt if avoiding dairy (I like Coyo or Born Cultured)

Method

Ingredients
½ cup frozen raspberries
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 tablespoon almond butter
¾ cup almond milk
1 date, pitted and roughly chopped
Juice of ½ lime
1 serving each of protein & collagen

Method
Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Add some chopped strawberries, a sprinkle of granola or maybe a scoop of almond butter on top and Enjoy!
