Hello Happy Cherry Ripe Smoothie

Prep Time: 3 Mins Makes: 1 Serving

Ingredients (Buy organic where possible!)
½ cup water
Ice (optional)
I cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbs vanilla extract
1 cup frozen berries or cherries
3-4 drops liquid stevia
1 cup spinach (organic as this is #2 on the dirty dozen!)
2 tbs almond or coconut butter
3 tbs clean protein powder or collagen
1 tbs cacao
1 cup greek natural yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt if avoiding dairy

Method
Put all the ingredients through blender or nutri bullet and enjoy!

Hello Happy Choc Luxe Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup of ice
1 cup water or plant based mylk
2 dates OR 1 date and 3 drops pure stevia liquid OR 1 banana
½ of one frozen zucchini (freeze in cubes)
1 tbs cacao
1 heaped tbs almond butter
1 heaped tsp carob
2 heaped tbs coconut yoghurt
1 serve each protein powder vanilla and collagen

Ps - This makes it like a chocolate milk shake so if you like a thick shake instead use ½ cup mylk

Method
Blend together in nutribullet, sprinkle with your fav superfood toppings!

Ingredients
Juice of a lemon (Super alkalizing and cleansing plus adds a little bit of sweetness and vitamin C)
½ tsp anti inflammatory turmeric
1 pinch of cayenne (Optional if you’re feeling hard core!) - Metabolism boosting, helps to reduce inflammation and aids in digestion.
1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar - Helps with headaches and sluggish digestion.

Method
Mix it all together!

½ can coconut milk (~1 cup), unsweetened, full-fat, organic
2 tbs vanilla extract or 1 tsp freshly ground vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon
1 small banana (optional if you want to keep sugar content low)
1 large handful spinach (organic as this is #2 on the dirty dozen!), 1 handful fresh mint
½ medium avocado
2 tbs almond or coconut butter
3 tbs clean protein powder (I like paleopro egg white vanilla) or collagen (I like Great Lakes)
1 cup greek natural yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt if avoiding dairy (I like Coyo or Born Cultured)

Method
Put all the ingredients through blender or nutribullet and enjoy!

1 date (depipped)
½ cup Almond milk (I like @drinkbruce or @pureharvest or @almondmilkco )
½ cup water
1 tsp dragonfruit powder (optional)
2 tbs vanilla coconut yoghurt (I like @borncultured or @coyo_is_coconuts

Method
Blend together in nutribullet, sprinkle with your fav superfood toppings like the inca berries

Ingredients
½ cup of frozen raspberries
½ cup of frozen strawberries
Sprinkle of cinnamon
2 pitted dates
1 cup of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of collagen
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of flaxseed or LSA

Optional serve of protein to make this a complete balanced and oh so satisfying meal.

Ingredients
¼ cup almond or coconut drinking milk
¼ cup coconut or natural yoghurt (I like coyo)
¾ cup frozen organic berries or ¾ banana
1 tsp acai (optional)
2 tbs collagen (I like Great Lakes)
1 serving protein powder
1 tbs vanilla extract to sweeten (optional)
½ tsp each ground cinnamon & nutmeg
Toppings : sliced banana, berries, coconut, nuts and seeds of choice

Method
Blend ingredients together and pour into bowl. Serve with berries, shredded coconut, nuts and seeds of choice and enjoy!

2 dates or 1 date and 3 drops pure stevia
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 heaped tbs peanut butter
1 tsp ground vanilla (or can use extract)
2 heaped tbs coconut yoghurt
1 serve each protein powder vanilla and collagen

Method
Blend and add your fave crunch toppings - I added cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
