Hello Happy Banana Bread Smoothie

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (Mood-boosters)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 to 2 Medjool dates, pitted (Digestion-friendly soluble fibre)
1 tablespoon natural almond butter (Healthy fat)
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of fine sea salt
1 serving of protein
1 serving of collagen

Method
Blend & enjoy with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of 100% Raw Honey.

Serves 2.

Hello Happy Blueberry & Almond Butter Smoothie

Ingredients
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup of frozen cauliflower
1 heaped tbsp almond butter (or peanut or sunflower seed butter)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seed
1-2 Tbsp protein powder
A serving of collagen

Method
Blend all the ingredients. If too thick add a splash of almond milk or water. Top with additional chia seeds and/or almond butter and enjoy!

Hello Happy Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
1 Frozen Banana
A handful of frozen cauliflower
1 tsp MCT oil - swap for coconut oil if you don't have any MCT oil
1 heaped tablespoon of cacao powder
A serving of choc protein
A serving of collagen
1 - 2 teaspoons of coffee (depending on how strong you like it)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
½ cup of almond milk (may need to add more or less depending on how thick you like your smoothies)
TOPPINGS: Sprinkle of cacao nibs, a handful of my granola (recipe on website) or some nuts!

Method
Blend, add your toppings and enjoy!

Hello Raspberry & Kiwi Smoothie

Ingredients
1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
½ cup of frozen raspberries
Handful of spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A serving of Protein
A serving of collagen
Handful of ice

Method
Blend until smooth and enjoy! Maybe add a few toppings such as my crunchy granola or some nuts!

Ingredients
½ of cup ice
1 cup of water or plant based mylk
2 dates or 1 date and 3 drops pure stevia
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 heaped tbs peanut butter
1 tsp ground vanilla (or can use extract)
2 heaped tbs coconut yoghurt
1 serve each protein powder vanilla and collagen

Method
Blend and add your fave crunch toppings - I added cacao nibs and coconut flakes.
