⅓ cup almond butter (any nut butter works, I think almond butter is the key ingredient to these balls)
⅓ cup shredded coconut
60g of Coconut Protein
⅓ cup melted coconut oil
Few drops of pure liquid stevia or sweetener of choice (eg pure organic maple syrup or raw unprocessed honey)
Pinch of sea salt

1. Blend all the ingredients together in a high speed blender
2. Transfer in a large mixing bowl and grab a hand full of the mixture and roll them into golf ball sized balls. *optional, you can roll some of your balls in desiccated coconut to have a variety
3. Store in a container in the fridge and enjoy!

1 cup of blanched almond meal
3 Medjool dates pitted
¼ tsp fine sea salt
½ tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
2 Tbs coconut oil
⅓ cup of dark chocolate, chopped into small bits or cacao nibs
I added a serving of vanilla protein powder!

Place the almond meal, dates, salt, vanilla, and coconut oil into a food processor/blender until it resembles fine crumbs in a food processor. Pour mixture into a bowl and add chopped chocolate. Mix through with your hands. Press dough together to form balls, and set on a plate. Refrigerate until firm. Enjoy as a mid-morning/afternoon snack or dessert!

Makes around 12 balls
1 cup of almond meal
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (Calcium, Iron & Vitamin E)
3 tbsp goji berries (Antioxidants)
3 fresh dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (Vitamin E & Healthy Fat)
2 tbsp raw cacao
A serving of vanilla protein powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt

Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend. Add a dash of water or almond if mixture is too sticky. Empty mix into a bowl and shape into round balls. Place in a airtight container and store in your fridge for about 7 days. If you have too many, you can also freeze them for the following week.
