Oh so delicious 3 ingredient Turkey meatballs to end my Monday! This is a great recipe to whip up at night after a busy day or as meal prep for during the week!
500g of Turkey Mince
1 - 2 tbsp of Curry Powder
1/2 red onion, diced
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and combine. Using your hands form meatballs. Place in a fry pan with a bit of coconut oil and cook until golden/ cooked through. And this is the fun part! You can serve them with anything! I recommend adding them to your nourish bowl, so you can include heaps of veggies for your FIBRE (aka remove toxins from the body), throw them on a homemade pizza or eat them cold as a snack! YUMMY!
