Healthy Protein bars are so great for grabbing on-the-go, and this deliciously sweet Raspberry Choc Chip Protein Bars!
1 Egg (or if vegan 1 flax eggs)
1 cup mashed banana about 2 large bananas
¾ cup almond meal
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
A serving @incaorganics clean protein powder
¼ cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup cacao nibs or @lovingearth dark chocolate
Splash of @pureharvest almond milk or water
Preheat oven to 180*C.
In a small bowl, whisk eggs or make flax egg.
Combine all the ingredients (except for the raspberries & choc chips) in a large mixing bowl.
Gently fold the raspberries and choc chips into the mixture. VERY gently so the berries don’t bleed into the batter.
Transfer into a baking tray and bake in the oven for 55-60 minutes or until golden brown and centre is cooked through. Remove from pan and allow to cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy 💗
