Hello Happy Hot Cross Bun Bliss Balls

To get into the spirit of Easter, thought I'd do a little twist on the traditional Hot Cross Bun by making them into super easy Bliss Balls 🐰🍫

Ingredients
1/2 cup ground almonds (almond meal)
1/2 cup Sultanas or Medjool dates
2 scoops clean protein powder (I used @incaorganics Natural Protein Powder)
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp liquid sweetener
2 tbsp of coconut oil (melted) 🥥
Optional: Add a handful of cacao nibs 🍫

Method
Place the almonds, dates and allspice spice into your food processor and blend until combined. The mix should resemble a sticky ‘dough’.
Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls and place in the fridge to set. ENJOY 💗
