1 cup of sunflower seeds, ground
½ cup of shredded or desiccated coconut
¼ cup of almond milk
½ teaspoon of pure liquid or ground stevia (or sweetener of choice)
¼ cup of cacao
⅓ cup of peanut or almond butter
¼ cup of clean vanilla protein powder
Combine ingredients in food processor, press down into a baking tray and leave in fridge or freezer to set.
