Hello Happy Cocoblue Smoothie

Ingredients
¾ cup unsweetened coconut (substitute water, coconut water or plant-milk of choice)
1 tsp @nutraorganics Mermaid Latte
1 serving protein
1 frozen banana
⅓ of an avocado (optional)
2 tbsp of coyo
2 tbs of collagen
1 tbs of chia seeds

Method
Blend all ingredients in and pour into a bowl. Add your favourite toppings (Hello Happy Granola, walnuts, berries, shredded coconut..)
