Hello Happy Blueberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
3 tbsp shredded coconut
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk (substitute water, coconut water or plant-milk of choice)
1 serving Vanilla protein
1 cup frozen zucchini chunks
½ cup frozen cauliflower
½ cup frozen blueberries or berries you like !
2 tbs of collagen
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of Himalayan salt

Method
Blend all ingredients in and pour into a bowl. Add your Hello Happy Granola
