Ingredients
Makes around 12 balls
1 cup of almond meal
2 tbsp sunflower seeds (Calcium, Iron & Vitamin E)
3 tbsp goji berries (Antioxidants)
3 fresh dates, pitted
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (Vitamin E & Healthy Fat)
2 tbsp raw cacao
A serving of vanilla protein powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon
a pinch of sea salt

Method
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend. Add a dash of water or almond if mixture is too sticky. Empty mix into a bowl and shape into round balls. Place in a airtight container and store in your fridge for about 7 days. If you have too many, you can also freeze them for the following week.
