1 teaspoon gluten free baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cacao
1/4 cup clean protein powder
1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
3/4 cup milk (dairy, nut milk, etc.)
1 egg
1 tbs arrowroot/tapioca flour to thicken
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries or berries of your choice
Pinch of Salt Toppings: Cacao Nibs, fresh blueberries...
